Your betta will be sent via special next day delivery by 1pm. This will be on a day that is suited to both parties and the purchased betta.

• Your betta will be sent via special next day delivery by 1pm. This will be on a day that is suited to both parties and the purchased betta. Bettas are not fed 24 hours prior to dispatch as they need to travel on an empty stomach. This is why we do not dispatch the same day of purchase. 
• We do not ship for a Saturday or Monday delivery.
• In the winter months the betta will be shipped with a heat pack to ensure that he/she does not get too cold whilst being transported.
• The box will be fully lined to ensure that there is little movement of the bag.
• Each bag is doubled to increase the safety of each betta.
• All bettas will have their own bag,
• There will be more than enough water in the bag to keep your betta safe and enough oxygen to maintain a 3 day journey if there is a small delay in arrival. We are not in control of the delays, so patience is vital. Your betta will be fine.
• Your betta will come with a full acclimatizing sheet and tips to help the inexperienced betta keeper with their first shipped betta.
• The betta must be signed for by someone who is over 16 years of age.
• Any delay in arrival due to the customer not being in at the time of delivery will automatically make any refund and 28 day gaurantee void.
• DOAs will be refunded. If this sadly happens we will need a clear picture of the betta still in the unopened bag sent to our email address. Without a picture you will not get a refund or replacement. Please call Darren on 01202 422000 with any DOA requests before you send your picture via email.

• 1 - 4 Betta = £8.00
• 5 Betta = £9.25.

All we ask is that if you are not going to be in on the expected day of arrival then please choose another day. The betta must come first at all times.
