DP Fishways has in place a 7 day gaurantee on all livestock purchased from the store by the general public. This means that if the fish sadly passes away in this period we shall offer either a refund or a replacement. The replacement will ideally be the species in question, if at any point this species has sold out, we shall offer you a similar priced species as a replacement. If the customer chooses a species that costs less than the species that passed away we shall refund the difference. If the customer chooses a species that costs more than the species that passed away we shall require payment of the difference in value from the customer.

This is a no quibbles gaurantee. We will not try to get out of this gaurantee, we may ask questions as to why the fish has died. This is not to pass the blame on to the customer but merely to establish any problems that might exist and then guide the customer in to resolving any issues with their aquarium. If any problems are apparent we may hold on to your replacement species until we are satisfied that your aquarium is a safe environment.

A water test can be carried out at the cost of 50p.
